Bank of the United States v. Planters' Bank of Georgia

Дело в Верховном суде США [Supreme Court, U.S.], решение по которому (1824) определило, что иск, возбуждаемый против корпорации [corporation], зарегистрированной в штате и частично принадлежащей властям штата, не является иском против самого штата. Это правило позднее применялось и по отношению к банкам, полностью принадлежащим властям штата.
